When placing an order for doormats please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping and 1-2 weeks for all other items in the shop, to be processed, packaged and shipped. Please double check your address before submitting your order. If address is not verified by USPS it will delay shipping times. If an order is lost in the mail, please CONTACT USPS FIRST.
